To strengthen our Supply Chain department , to be based in our affiliate in Copenhagen, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Supply Chain Assistant .

As Supply Chain Assistant you will work in an environment where you can:

• assist Supply Chain Scandinavia with administration, coordination, and structuring tasks for several countries.
• make a difference in the life of people living with severe diseases by securing availability of our products.
  
  

You Will Contribute By

• Coordination with Third Party Logistics
• Securing correct stock levels, hereby coordination with global stakeholders
• Analyze and structure data in various systems (Excel, SAP, and others)
• Handling IT interfaces
• Communication with wholesalers and local stakeholders
• Being involved in various ad hoc tasks and projects
  
  

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:

• Interest and knowledge in the field of Supply Chain Management
• Student at Copenhagen Business School or similar mercantile educational institution
• Fluent English, good understanding of Scandinavian languages
• MS Office user, especially Excel
• Flexible and willing to learn, organized and structured
• Willing to work app. 10-15 hours per week (we are of course flexible during exam periods)
