Your new role
We offer you a super exciting job opportunity in our MES Programme, which is implementing PAS-X and Inmation on our production sites in Denmark and France. The MES programme covers the following production processes: Chemical Production, Liquid Sterile, Solid Bulk- and Finished Goods Production.
The main tasks for our MES System Manager will be:

You’ll be joining a newly established department called Manufacturing IT/OT, which is working globally and anchored in the production organization in Valby. Besides operation of production IT/OT solutions, the team defines and executes the IT/OT roadmap supporting digital transformation of production in Lundbeck. This is done in close collaboration with our stakeholders in Production and Global IT.

The main tasks for our MES System Manager will be:
- Overall responsible for daily operation and support of the PAS-X system, incl. user access, security and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance and a smooth transfer from program- to operational phase
- Drive Operational Governance
- Prepare and own the PAS-X- and Inmation System Strategy and Roadmap
- Ensure mechanisms are in place for business continuity in terms of back up and recovery plans
- Supporting the maintenance of compliance documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members
- Audit/inspection support (both central and local)
- Responsible for Supplier management system and support suppliers
- Facilitate PAS-X knowledge sharing across production sites
- Identify and mitigate potential system risks
- Monitor and ensure training is available for end users
Your future team

- We are enthusiastic and ambitious
- Informal environment with high focus on empowerment and development of the team members
- Engineering degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or similar)
- + 5 years of experience with IT System Management in a GxP environment
- Good understanding of MES/PAS-X (beneficial, but not essential)
- Understanding of MES interfacing systems e.g. SAP, LIMS
- Basic understanding of Production IT/OT Systems
- Experience with managing System Governance board
- Structured and self-driven
- “Can do”-attitude and motivated by challenges
- Open minded and able to think creatively
- Great communicator (oral and written in English)
- Proven stakeholder management skills for all levels of the organization
