Be part of Group Marketing within Group Positioning & Sustainability where collaboration drives our success. We are a team of motivated team members, working under Christian Preisler, Head of Personal Customers Denmark Marketing. Each of us has unique responsibilities, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere while engaging in important work. We closely collaborate with the business unit “Personal Customers” on an everyday basis. We connect with stakeholders at all organisational levels and across Personal Customers, working alongside GPS specialists on marketing activities targeted the Danish market. Your agenda will be crafted collaboratively with both head of Personal Customers Denmark Marketing and the commercial team lead, yet you will thrive through independently motivated efforts in daily tasks.

About The Role

As a Marketing manager within Group Marketing at Danske Bank, you will be essential in driving the activities within the area “Customer Lifecycle” planning, developing and executing activities with the purpose of attracting new customers to Danske Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Yearly marketing plan: Responsible for developing & maintaining the overall marketing plan for customer lifecycle activities ensuring the allocated budgets are kept
  • GTM lead for any market activities
  • Value propositions: Develop strongvalue propositions for various initiatives, aligned with business goals
  • Marketing concepts: Build and drive marketing concepts and content throughout the full funnel incl. development and maintenance of the overall message hierarchy per segment
  • Project manager: act as project managerfor the planned campaigns in the market throughout the planning, development and execution phases
  • Measurement: Continuously track and analyse campaign results
  • Media specialist with in-depth knowledge of customer behaviour across segments and channels (both off- and online media).
  • Agency contact: Main point of entry for the creative agency and the local media agency on marketing activities across channels

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset and analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and project management expertise. Experience from customer acquisition and retention activities is a prerequisite for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Marketing professional with a strong commercial mind-set
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience from customer acquisition and retention activities
  • Experience from working with partnerships & co-branding
  • In-depth knowledge of customer behaviour and customer journeys across segments & channels
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Solid project management expertise
  • A structured approach to completing tasks and projects
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience.
