The job
As Test Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring a high level of quality assurance for our products within our Defence Mobile program, comprising SitaWare Frontline and Edge. You will define, support, and integrate with different project teams regarding test-related activities, plans, reports, and improvements. You will lead the way in ensuring a path for all activities and drive the process forward. In other words, you will assume responsibility for:
Joining the team
As a Test Manager in Defence Mobile, you will join a program comprising development teams working across our locations in Aarhus, Denmark, and Bucharest, Romania. You will become an important part of a collaboration that ensures direction and structure for testing in the program.
Furthermore, working with quality assurance and test management in our Defence business unit also involves joining a strong and unique network of more than 40 Testers and Test Managers, providing you with an outstanding opportunity to share knowledge, learn from, and spar with colleagues.
Your Qualifications
Our new Test Manager must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical background, and bring at least two-three years of experience as a Test Manager. We also expect that you have some relevant testing experience from both manual and automated test. Additionally, having experience in manoeuvring test executions is a strong benefit. You are used to be the one planning bigger test scenarios like System- and Integration Tests and creating test strategies and master plans for a product.
Most importantly, you are used to drive changes and work with change management. You have a solid background in quality assurance, and you get things done. You are used to take the lead and can lead the Mobile Program forward into new endeavours.
If you have experience with or knowledge of JIRA, Xray and AI it would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.

The job

- Creating and driving a clear roadmap for continuous test improvements.
- Supporting and developing the test framework and test strategies for the product.
- Collaborating with Architects, Developers, and Testers to build in quality.
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.
- Applying the appropriate test measurement/KPI and metrics in the product and the testing team.
- Planning, deploying, and managing the test effort for any given engagement, i.e. system tests.
- Organising and controlling the test process as well as leading the test team.
- In short, you will own the quality assurance process for the Mobile Program.
