Location: Vejle Nord | Nordic Role | Full-time

Do you want to assist building the supply chain structure of the future in the Nordics?

Do you have strong analytical skills and thrive on creating business insights that drive operational performance? Then this could be your next career opportunity.

About The Role

We are looking for a Nordic Business Analyst with a primary focus on Operations & Supply Chain, who will play a key role in our Nordic Business Analytics & Insights team. Your main task will be to turn data into value-adding analyses and actionable insights that support and improve our end-to-end processes with a particular focus on logistics, distribution, and supply chain performance.

You will report directly to our BA&I Lead Nordics and become part of a team of three analysts across the Nordic region. Together with the team, you will support both strategic and operational decision-making in close collaboration with the Operations Director Nordics.

The role is physically based at our new location in Vejle Nord, where we are currently building a state-of-the-art distribution center with adjacent office facilities, scheduled for move-in at the end of 2026 – a strategic investment aimed at securing our future growth.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive analyses across Nordic operations and logistics functions and support end-to-end processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and translate data into concrete recommendations for processes, capacity, and efficiency.
  • Support management with KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the BA&I Lead Nordics and team colleagues to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Cross-country collaboration with other Operation Analysts to support and implement best practices
  • Be an active partner in the development and implementation of our new high-tech distribution center.

We imagine that you have

  • A relevant academic background (e.g. MSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or similar).
  • A problem-solver mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an analytical role within an operations or logistics-oriented context.
  • Solid experience with data modeling, reporting, and visualization – preferably using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL and/or ERP-systems – and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A structured, business-oriented approach – you are able to communicate complex analyses in a clear and understandable way.
  • Strong collaboration skills and you thrive in a matrix organization with a Nordic scope.
  • Fluent in English and Danish.
