Student Assistant Customer Operations Nordics (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Management: Provide support in managing wholesale customers across the Nordic countries in close collaboration with sales, logistics, and credit management.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries; mainly addressing claims and handling requests.
• Data Management: Prepare pricat files and monitor customer master data for accuracy and updates.
• Administrative Support: Work with customer templates, and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
  
  
  

Your Experience And Competencies

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree, first experience within a customer service field is an advantage.
• A service-oriented and positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take personal responsibility.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Structured, analytical mindset for resolving complex issues.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Danish language skills; good understanding in Norwegian and Swedish is a plus.
