About The Role

• Support strategic HR Offshore Wind initiatives and help deliver on individual workstreams in an international work environment
• Start to learn about our business challenges, conduct research, review and analyse information to address our business needs
• Collaborate with your peers and subject matter experts
• Help design and deliver workshops with management, employees and relevant stakeholders
• Work on concepts, strategies and decision proposals for sponsors and management
• Share your ideas on the development of new strategic topics and solutions for HR Offshore Wind
  
  

Job Requirements And Experience

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with an excellent academic history (min. 3 semesters completed)
• First experience working in Strategy, Project Management or Consulting (e. g. as intern or working student)
• Some knowledge of HR industry is beneficial
• Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking as well as creative and strategic thinking skills
• Structured, organized working style with a high degree of responsibility and work ethic
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a variety of new topics and an elevated level of customer orientation
• Motivated to work in a team with an open feedback culture and focused commitment to develop yourself personally and professionally
• Fluent German and English language skills, both verbal and written, as well as advanced MS-Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
