We are looking for a technically skilled student to join our team and help our customers get the most out of our product.
In this customer facing role, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our users have a seamless experience with our product. You'll use your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and your communication skills to provide our customers an enjoyable user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment. We are looking for a student who will be able to join us for 15-20 hours per week.

What You'll Do:
- Be a Customer Champion: Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via email and chat, ensuring their questions are answered accurately and efficiently
- Data expert: Help customers understand their data and troubleshoot problems in the data
- Keep Our Knowledge Fresh: Help maintain and update our product documentation, making sure our users always have access to the latest information
- Tech Detective: Troubleshoot customer solutions, diving into technical details to identify and resolve issues
- Internal Knowledge Hub: Act as a go-to resource for internal teams, sharing your product expertise and assisting with technical inquiries
- AI Mechanic: Help fine-tune our AI chatbot feature to help customers get the answers they need
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university program
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in customer support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong ability to write clear and concise content for technical documentation and customer responses
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoys teaching and sharing knowledge
- Experience with ticketing systems or CRM software
- Knowledge of databases and SQL querying
- A passion for technology and learning new tools
- Knowledge in frontend development
