Unifeeder is growing and seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a central role in their continued digital development.

Unifeeder is a dynamic logistics company with one of the largest and best-connected feeder and shortsea networks across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. With more than 150 vessels and over 5 million containers moved annually, they provide efficient and sustainable transport solutions to global and regional customers.

The role as IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering critical IT projects across applications, infrastructure, license programs, and more. You’ll lead your own projects as well as collaborate with others as part of a larger transformation team spanning multiple locations.

You will be a key player in the Group IT team based in Aarhus, working closely with 7 colleagues across 3 locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and drive IT projects from initiation to completion
• Conduct business analysis and ensure technology addresses core needs
• Lead change management and secure realization of business value
• Manage external vendors and ensure smooth software integration
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
• Contribute to the development of Unifeeder’s IT operating model and digital maturity

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Project Manager with the ability to ensure progress and impact in complex environments. You are business-oriented and thrive in the role of connector between business and IT.

We expect you to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/tech/digital project management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in large or international organizations
• Ability to motivate and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders
• A structured, self-driven, and change-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
