Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (Manager level – no people leadership) to partner with two executives within LEGO Education.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor who leverages HR expertise to elevate individual and team performance while advancing our purposeful mission of inspiring the builders of tomorrow, enabling every student to succeed.

Core Responsibilities



  • Strategic Partnership Partner with executive leadership to create people strategies that directly support business objectives and nurture our innovative, growth-oriented business.
  • Annual People Processes Champion our yearly people cycle with enthusiasm and precision ensuring each delivers meaningful impact across the organization.
  • Talent Management Design and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, building robust pipelines that address both immediate needs and future organizational aspirations.
  • Employee Experience Collaborate with the LEGO Education People team to craft engaging initiatives that boost motivation, satisfaction, and retention while reinforcing a playful, creative workplace culture.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making Transform people data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, establish meaningful metrics, and continuously improve our people initiatives.
  • Performance Enablement Guide leaders through performance conversations that inspire growth, providing frameworks for constructive feedback, recognition, and development planning.
  • Change Leadership Orchestrate change initiatives with empathy and clarity, ensuring smooth transitions through thoughtful communication and ongoing support.

LEGO Education HR drives the people & culture strategy and execution ultimately enabling the success of our people and the business. Working alongside three other experienced HR Business Partners, this role will partner with two areas of the LEGO Education business, with a particular emphasis on capability building, and team & leadership development.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Progressive HR experience, ideally including a few years in a business partner capacity, preferably within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships with executives and cross-functional teams, balancing curiosity with the confidence to challenge.
  • Track record of both enhancing established people processes and pioneering new approaches, with the resilience to learn from both successes and setbacks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the emotional intelligence to connect effectively across our diverse, distributed team.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into practical, impactful actions.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and complexity with adaptability, creativity, and determination.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication (English) skills.
