Here Is What The Job Entails
In the position as License Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing licensing strategies for digitally related products in alignment with Kamstrup’s business objectives. Your daily tasks will include leading and optimizing our entire Digitalization license portfolio by overseeing license spending, managing applications and services, handling request proposals, and assisting our sourcing team with managing quotes and invitations to bids.
Furthermore, we have initiated a close collaboration with our owner, OK amba., to optimize licenses across Kamstrup, OK, and Coop. This initiative requires further development and will be part of your area of responsibility.

Here Is What The Job Entails
In the position as License Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing licensing strategies for digitally related products in alignment with Kamstrup’s business objectives. Your daily tasks will include leading and optimizing our entire Digitalization license portfolio by overseeing license spending, managing applications and services, handling request proposals, and assisting our sourcing team with managing quotes and invitations to bids.
Furthermore, we have initiated a close collaboration with our owner, OK amba., to optimize licenses across Kamstrup, OK, and Coop. This initiative requires further development and will be part of your area of responsibility.
More specifically, you will be:
- Establishing and continuously developing a license strategy for Digitalization at Kamstrup – including all Kamstrup subsidiaries
- Monitoring and optimizing license agreements, including the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of relevant products
- Negotiating new license agreements in close cooperation with our corporate sourcing function
- Conducting seat price benchmarking for new or existing Digitalization applications, components, and/or services
- Ensuring compliance and high security across the license portfolio in close cooperation with the Enterprise Cyber Security team

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Hold a degree in economics, business, computer science, or a related field, and have a solid grasp of digitalization, technology, and software licensing regulations
- Have hands-on experience managing licenses proactively, including monitoring usage, negotiating terms, reporting, and ensuring compliance
- Bring deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing, including Azure
- Are analytical and reflective with a collaborative mindset
- Stay calm in challenging situations, goal-oriented and are known for building trust-based relationships both internally and with vendors
