We’re looking for a commercially minded and strategic Business Development Manager for Channel Partners to accelerate growth within our largest business unit across the Nordics. In this role, you’ll have the chance to drive meaningful impact by shaping our regional channel strategy—working with key partners such as wholesalers, distributors and service partners — to drive long-term, profitable growth.

As part of a team of seven Business Development Managers, you’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive environment where success is driven by teamwork and shared expertise.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the Nordic channel strategy—identifying opportunities, optimizing revenue streams and expanding operations through key channel partners. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product and finance is central to turning insights into action and supporting strategic initiatives.

You’ll analyze market trends and customer behaviour to guide strategic decisions and uncover new growth areas. Just as importantly, you’ll play a hands-on role in strengthening both external and internal relationships to drive long-term success.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in an international, matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to drive strategy, manage projects and solve complex business challenges
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial mindset with solid business and financial acumen
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
  • Analytical thinker with strong research and market evaluation skills
  • Self-starter with high motivation, adaptability and a collaborative attitude
  • Fluent in English; and at least one Nordic language
