We are seeking a hands-on and business-savvy HR Business Partner to support our core business functions—Production, Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Finance, and Legal. You will play a critical role in enabling our leaders and teams to perform at their best by delivering tailored HR solutions and driving initiatives that support growth and transformation.
Your Role and Impact
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and HR expert, closely collaborating with department heads and line managers across key functional areas. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional initiatives alongside our global HR team to build a thriving, future-ready workforce.

Your Role and Impact
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and HR expert, closely collaborating with department heads and line managers across key functional areas. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional initiatives alongside our global HR team to build a thriving, future-ready workforce.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with leaders in Production, Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Finance, and Legal to align people initiatives with departmental and organizational goals
- Act as a sounding board and advisor on team dynamics, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment processes tailored to specialized roles—especially within production and technical domains
- Oversee onboarding programs that ensure smooth integration and retention of new talent
- People Development & Performance
- Design and facilitate training for line managers and employees with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and leadership
- Support performance management and succession planning processes
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and continuously improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Danish legislation and business needs
- Coordinate closely with Finance and Legal on matters related to contracts, employment law, and compliance
- Culture & Engagement
- Support change management and employee engagement initiatives within production and corporate support teams
- Be a visible HR presence on the production floor and in key stakeholder meetings
- Digital HR Projects
- Lead or participate in HR digitalization efforts—streamlining tools, workflows, and self-service platforms for managers and employees
We’re looking for a proactive HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a clear understanding of both industrial and corporate environments.
- Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or similar
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist in a manufacturing or operational setting
- Strong understanding of business drivers in production, supply chain, and administrative functions
- Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills—you can support, coach, and challenge leaders constructively
- Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
- Confident with HRIS and digital HR tools
- You are structured, analytical, and action-oriented
- You understand the day-to-day challenges of production and operations—and how to support them
- You build trust quickly and collaborate well across levels and cultures
- You take ownership and deliver with integrity, empathy, and consistency
