We know student jobs can sometimes feel like a box-ticking exercise. But not this one.
Our North Atlantic team in Aalborg is looking for a structured, curious student to help us improve how we handle logistics – from warehouse routines to onboarding new partners. You’ll be supporting a short-term process improvement project with real, lasting impact.
LEMAN is a global logistics company – and in this role, you’ll help us take a fresh look at how we move things, document our ways of working, and create simple processes that new colleagues and external partners can actually follow.
This isn’t a coffee-run kind of job. It’s a chance to learn how logistics really works – and leave things better than you found them.

Your Mission Will Include
- Mapping our current warehouse and logistics processes in Aalborg
- Spotting what’s working – and what’s not
- Creating clear, standardized processes that are easy to follow
- Writing documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Validating improvements with team members and stakeholders
- Making sure everything we build can scale and support future onboarding
Who are we looking for?
You enjoy bringing structure to complexity – and making it understandable for others. You like systems, flowcharts, and the satisfaction of a well-written SOP.
In Your Application, We Hope To See
- You're currently studying Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
- You're analytical, structured, and enjoy making things more efficient
- You've worked with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Microsoft Office – or are ready to learn
- You're comfortable working independently and communicating with others
- You speak and write both Danish and English
