Junior Product Manager FRA & SK - Nordics

Position

This position will be based in Copenhagen.

Reporting to the Nordic Marketing Manager, the role of the Nordic Product Manager is to lead each category to ensure the best planning and execution of all activities in the Nordics Area, in line with our brand image & business priorities.

This position will support the Nordic Marketing Manager to further grow and accelerate the position and perception of Parfums Christian Dior in the Nordics.

Job responsibilities

As a Nordic Product Manager these will be your main responsibilities:

• Driving the Fragrance & Skincare categories/products performance, with in depth knowledge and analysis of each initiative and of the market, identifying opportunities / challenges and implementing action plans.
• Build the 360 Plan for each new launch based on market data & insights, and coordinate the implementation in the Region (Trade, Digital, Media, PR, Training…) in accordance with Global guidelines and regional priorities
• Lead the Nordic forecasts & budget in terms of sales products, promo offers and POSM and verifying their relevance according to the Nordic & European guidelines
• In charge of reporting of the category to HQ including sell out analysis, category performance data, competitors review, markets insights
• Be the go-to contact for all category communications with Central and Local teams
  
  

Profile

• Marketing or Business Graduate with at least 2-3 years’ experience in Product Management/Marketing, ideally in cosmetic industry
• Business-minded with strong data analysis skills
• Entrepreneurial Spirit and solutions oriented
• Able to prioritize work in a fast-changing environment
• Open-minded and team-player
• Excellent in M. Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent in English, Scandinavian languages and/ or French will be a plus
