Your Tasks

  • We need you to be available for 37 hours a week, between 08:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday, on a 14-day rotating shift schedule
  • Communicate with our customers over the phone, friendly and efficiently
  • Enjoy communicating with a wide variety of people
  • Keep everything running smoothly by handling inquiries around package tracking and customs, among others
  • Ensure our B2B and B2C customers

  • Able to communicate effectively in Norwegian and English, verbally and written
