Job Description
Are you passionate about continuous improvement and eager to help shape a data-driven improvement culture at the LEGO Group?
We’re looking for a Senior Business Improvement Manager to join our Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team, driving operational excellence as we build and lead a portfolio of consumer-facing websites, apps, and other owned digital experiences.
As part of our Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) function, this role plays a vital role in our mission to create immersive digital experiences that deepen our connection with consumers and fuel even more LEGO love among fans around the world!
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in our Billund office and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and ongoing evolution of our cross-functional DCE operating model, driving key operational processes to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery teams.
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance operational workflows, enabling improved performance and value delivery across LEGO’s owned and earned digital experiences.
- Conduct targeted analyses of customer journeys and consumer feedback to uncover ways we can better serve our shoppers and fans.
- Act as a subject matter expert in interpreting business and legal requirements, translating them into scalable business processes and systems, and owning the implementation of resulting improvements.
- Provide strategic consulting to the DCE Leadership Team on organisational capabilities, processes, and ways of working.
- Shape complex cross-functional initiatives into cohesive programmes of work that are easy to navigate and deliver maximum impact.
- Strengthen collaboration between Business Improvement and Analytics, enhancing our operating model
- Partner closely with DCE leaders—especially those based on LEGO Campus in Billund—adopting both proactive (push) and responsive (pull) approaches to support cross-functional improvement.
- Solid experience within a continuous Improvement role within a white collar / office setting and process methodologies at scale (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean).
- Proven track record to assess and quantify continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Experience communicating directly with senior partners, navigating conflicts, and balancing critical thinking with operational detail.
- A proactive, independent approach with a keen eye for spotting opportunities and driving them through to delivery.
- Strong analytical capabilities to run hypothesis-led research and test assumptions through analysis of diverse data sources.
- Demonstrated project management skills, capable of coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams—even without direct authority—while building collaborative relationships.
- A fast learner with a structured approach and a natural curiosity to explore the “so what” behind data trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build cases and present ideas clearly to varied audiences.
