What will you do?

As a Business Technology Consultant, You Will

• Support sales meetings at clients, focusing on understanding their problems and challenges, and translating these into digital solutions.
• Support digital project delivery estimates for MVPs, conduct POCs, demos, pilot projects, and first deliveries with a small team of Low-Code developers for multiple customers simultaneously.
• Be involved in the recruitment process of new low-code developers, as well as mentoring, coaching, training and personal development of these consultants.
• Lead functional design and architecture of digital business solutions.
• Contribute to internal development such as refining propositions, talent growth, and strategy.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should be able to say yes to some or all of the following:

• A candidate with a master’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in business consultancy and/or low-code solution delivery.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, driven, and outcome-oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinking combined with team leadership potential.
• Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience in Business & IT Strategy Alignment
• Proven expertise in Technology Consulting and Road mapping
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation & Process Automation
• Skills in stakeholder engagement & workshop facilitation
• Proficiency in solution architecture & implementation oversight
• Understanding of change management & adoption
