Turn challenges into sustainable solutions
We are looking for a Specialist and Project Discipline Lead to join our team in the Electrical Industrial Engineering discipline in Lyngby. You will be involved in all aspects of electrical engineering. We are a team of over 60 electrical professionals within the Building and Industry division. Our core services include detailed electrical design and project execution, with a focus on industrial power systems, Data Center design, Data Center infrastructure and buildings, emergency power supply in low-voltage installations, technical due diligence, commissioning, construction management, supervision, energy screening, and other technical services related to electrical systems.
We take a holistic approach to our projects, aiming to create maximum value for our clients, who include leading Danish and international companies in the industrial and data center sectors. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our professional development and future growth, while collaborating across Denmark and with our Engineering Design Centres in Lithuania and India, where daily teamwork is centered around delivering the highest quality solutions. As part of a dedicated design team, you will report to the Head of Discipline for Industrial Electrical Installations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• To define design, planning, specification, follow-up, tender and procurement, supervision, and quality assurance on projects where you are the discipline lead
• To lead or handle tasks related to electrical low- and medium-voltage systems, emergency power systems and data, telecommunication, and security systems.
• To co-create projects together with your colleagues and our customers.
• To ensure coordination with own and other disciplines including BIM, architects, contractors, and other partners through all phases of construction, as well as ensuring constructability.
• To contribute to the development of our skilled professional environment within the electrical area in collaboration with our professional forum.

Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that, you have:
• A degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent) with 5–10 years of experience and strong expertise in electrical industrial systems
• Professional commitment and good leadership skills
• Experience with BIM and 3D design
• Flexibility to customer needs
• The ability to inspire others and to be inspired by thoughts and ideas from others
• Experience in client advisory services
• High-level technical fluency in both spoken and written Danish and English
Hopefully you can also mark “YES” to these statements:
• You are structured and thrive in a busy environment
• You like working together with others and can keep track of many things at once
• You want to help make projects greener and use modern digital tools
• You are very curious and think it would be fun to work on international tasks as well.
