Join Our Injection Moulding (IM) Team
We are currently implementing several initiatives to ensure a more effective and reliable value chain. As a result, we are looking for a strong IM Business Manager to play a vital role in securing our continued success.
At our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will join a team of 4 IM Business Managers. Being part of the Injection Moulding (IM) department, consisting of 23 enthusiastic and committed employees. Together, we provide timely, cost-efficient, and stable deliverables of high-quality injection-moulded parts used in our catheters and ostomy bags.
Your Role as Injection Moulding manager
In this highly influential role, you will manage and ensure superior delivery performance from one or more of our key European injection moulding suppliers. As our new IM Business manager, you will step into a versatile role. Collaborating with both our IM suppliers, internal IM colleagues and colleagues across the organization (i.e., Supply Chain, Quality Department, Corporate Procurement, and international production sites)
Some suppliers are based in Denmark, others in Europe, and this will take you travelling 10-20 days a year

Your Responsibilities
- Lead monthly capacity & performance process ensuring capacity transparency and sign-off on capacity outlook including need investments to ensure stable delivery
- Lead quarterly cross-functional (QA, IME, Procurement, Supplier) Supplier Business Review [SBR], incl management communication
- Lead internal investment process approval process for IM tools (CAPEX) through STC (steering group for capacity and transfer)
- Own IM OPEX & CAPEX budget for selected suppliersEnsure superior delivery performance from selected IM suppliers, within budget and to the agreed quality standards
- Proactively challenge cost levels and follow up on daily operational expenditures
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in supply chain, supplier, production, or project management.
- Ability to provide indirect leadership by setting direction for colleagues and suppliers involved in your projects.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Thrive in an environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Organized approach to work with the ability to maintain momentum.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Eagerness to develop your talent and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for tackling new challenges and collaborating across functions and cultures.
