Here Is What The Job Entails

In the role as Product Owner for water solutions, your responsibility is to manage and execute the product roadmap for our digital platform in close collaboration with Developers and commercial stakeholders.

More specifically, you will be:

• Owning and prioritizing the product backlog
• Ensuring close collaboration with software teams and commercial product managers
• Gathering and incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders
• Balancing product quality, system health, and new features
  
  
  

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping to turn customer needs into valuable software solutions that support the long-term vision of data-driven water utility operations. With a focus on both the bigger picture and technical detail, you will help deliver future solutions that create real impact.

Meet your future team

With direct reference to theTeam Manager, you will join the flowIQ team, which consists of over 40 software professionals located in Denmark, Ukraine, and Spain. We are responsible for developing Kamstrup’s Smart Water platform—enabling utilities around the world to reduce water loss, optimize operations, and manage their networks with real-time sensor data. We work in agile teams with a modern DevOps setup, frequent releases, and a tight feedback loop with users.

We are looking for a Product Owner who is ready to take a leading role from day one in one of Kamstrup’s largest and most important projects—flowIQ. You thrive at the intersection of business and technology, and you are motivated by the opportunity to work on a high-impact project with global visibility, where your contributions advance sustainable solutions that solve real-world challenges.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Bring a minimum of five years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven environment
• Have a solid understanding of agile software development and CI/CD-workflows
• Excel at balancing user needs, product quality, and technical possibilities
• Are confident working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with international stakeholders
• Have experience from international organizations—bonus if it is within utilities or infrastructure
  
  
  

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
