Build an architecture that empowers the business
Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead our Group-wide enterprise architecture agenda and head up a growing team of Enterprise Architects. You will bring architectural coherence, security, and standardization of systems used across the entire Group - and ensure that our technology strategy aligns with our digital ambitions and commercial goals.
From ERP and CRM to data platforms and cloud infrastructure, you will guide strategic decisions on our most critical enterprise systems. At the same time, you will be the main driver in identifying emerging technologies and their potential business use, mitigate technical risk, and steer high-stakes transformation programs across all markets.
You will be part of the STARK Group IT Management Team and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Group Functions and Business Units.
The role is based in Viby J or Frederiksberg Denmark, with expected travel between the two locations and across Northern Europe.

What You Will Deliver
In this role, you will:
- Define, maintain, and evolve the Group-wide enterprise architecture framework and governance to align with our long-term tech strategy and digital transformation agenda
- Lead the development and execution of an actionable, secure technology roadmap that translates business complexity into clarity and supports scalable high-quality solutions
- Provide architectural leadership across critical IT domains — including ERP, CRM, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and integrations — supporting transformation initiatives, M&A, and major system implementations
- Mentor and develop Enterprise Architects, fostering internal capabilities and defining best practices through architecture reviews and continuous knowledge sharing
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that deliver measurable business value
- Promote reuse, modularity, and scalability across systems to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability
- Collaborate closely with IT Security, AI & Analytics, Delivery, Operations, Business Units, and external partners to ensure cohesive and aligned technology execution
To succeed in this role, you are a visionary leader with the ability to both think strategically and execute pragmatically. You bring:
- Proven track record of 5+ years in a senior leadership role with experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and IT transformation
- Deep expertise in enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM), data infrastructure, cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure), and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to lead standardization and modernization at scale, balancing autonomy with alignment across multi-country operations and decentralized business models.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams in a changing environment
- Highly analytical skills, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and a strategic mindset that enables you to translate complex technical challenges into clear business opportunities and risk mitigation.
- A solid understanding of security, compliance, governance, and risk management in enterprise IT
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
