You will join our People and Culture, Projects and Learning team consisting of 6 colleagues. Our areas of responsibility cover learning and development, leadership development, talent management, employer branding, diversity and inclusion and culture, and in all of this our most important job is to deliver value to our business and support our ambitious business strategy.
How You Will Make An Impact
We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Consultant to drive and shape processes and initiatives within our portfolio of tasks together with colleagues from the AFI People & Culture function, Arla HR and other stakeholders from around the business.
Your responsibilities will include
You are a team player, who keeps our common team goal in mind and contribute positively to our team feeling. You work independently and take lead on tasks and initiatives. You know how to communicate and collaborate across the organisation to create value and achieve results. You have strong ability to build trust and navigate at different levels in the organisation.

How You Will Make An Impact
We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Consultant to drive and shape processes and initiatives within our portfolio of tasks together with colleagues from the AFI People & Culture function, Arla HR and other stakeholders from around the business.
Your responsibilities will include
- Lead selected People & Culture processes across functional areas and for different employee groups in AFI – e.g. our yearly engagement survey.
- Drive strategic People & Culture initiatives and independently lead and scope your own initiatives from idea to successful implementation – e.g. within our Diversity and Inclusion agenda.
- Partner with colleagues from the AFI People & Culture function to contribute to the development of selected People & Culture initiatives and subsequently bring them to life in AFI e.g. our Talent management program.
- Be ambassador for collaboration and for a People & Culture organisation with a strong focus on creating value for the business.
You are a team player, who keeps our common team goal in mind and contribute positively to our team feeling. You work independently and take lead on tasks and initiatives. You know how to communicate and collaborate across the organisation to create value and achieve results. You have strong ability to build trust and navigate at different levels in the organisation.
We also expect that you have
- some years of experience working within some of our areas of responsibility together with a strong general business understanding.
- a positive mindset and a willingness to learn and take on new areas of responsibilities in accordance with business needs and strategy.
- well-developed analytical skills, using data to drive planning, execution and decision making.
- are pragmatic, solution-oriented and take initiative.
- feel comfortable taking the lead and have ‘’can do’’ attitude and an ability to execute.
