Are you passionate about HR and curious to see how it works in practice at a global company?

Join our People Relations & Technology (PRT) team at Lundbeck and help shape meaningful, people-focused experiences for employees across the company. As our new Student Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the daily operations of People & Culture in a large, purpose-driven organization.

Your new role

  • Managing our shared P&C/HR mailbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to internal and external inquiries.
  • Coordinating employee celebrations (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) – including manager communication and handling practical arrangements.
  • Supporting various administrative tasks, such as registering terminations in our HR systems.
  • Working with personnel archives and ensuring accurate, structured documentation updates – always with a service-minded and confidential approach.

Your future team

You’ll be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and join a team of 8 dedicated PRT colleagues. We are organized into three teams: Employee Relations, Digital Experience, and DK Payroll & Operations. Our culture is collaborative, ambitious, and dynamic – we support each other and value both professionalism and a positive work environment. You will be working alongside other student assistants in P&C.

What You Bring To The Team

  • You’re currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (ideally in your final bachelor year or starting your master’s).
  • You’re structured, detail-oriented, and thrive on taking ownership of your tasks.
  • You’re fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken) – Danish is required for handling local HR inquiries.
  • You handle confidential information with professionalism and understand the importance of data privacy.
  • You enjoy providing support and are comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks.

We expect an average of two working days per week, with a possibility to work additional hours during busy periods. However, we are flexible and will accommodate your exam periods and semester breaks.
