Job Description
The LEGO Brand team is a creative powerhouse within Our LEGO Agency, responsible for shaping how the LEGO brand is perceived around the world. We drive compelling, unified brand experiences across every touchpoint while safeguarding the integrity of one of the world’s most beloved brands.
As a Brand Design Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in evolving the global identity of the LEGO brands, ensuring they remain future-facing, consistent, and inspiring across every channel.

As a Brand Design Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in evolving the global identity of the LEGO brands, ensuring they remain future-facing, consistent, and inspiring across every channel.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the LEGO Global Brand Identity, ensuring alignment with the LEGO values and delivering consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Provide brand design consulting support across a wide range of media and applications, including global and local campaigns, packaging, digital applications, social media and more.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to drive alignment on brand strategy, creative concepts, campaign development, and execution.
- Have strong people management and leadership skills in order to inspire the creative team.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
- 10 + years experience at a product or brand level.
- Expert in Adobe CS software. Motion Design is a plus.
- Proven ability to design brand identities and for various touchpoints (print, digital, environmental, etc).
- Experience providing art direction and have strong skills in all phases of the design process (research, strategy, design, and execution).
- Demonstrated experience using design thinking and creative problem solving
- Strong organization, communication, storytelling, and relationship management skills.
- Needs strong evidence of an analytical approach and sound judgment in decision making.
- Minor travel will be required.
