Job Description

Are you ready to help grow the audiences that engage with the LEGO Group's digital ecosystem? Join us as our next Acquisition Manager and play a key role in the growth of our digital platforms, particularly our apps!

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.


Core Responsibilities



  • App Acquisition Contribute to annual planning, budget allocation, and download forecasting across global markets to boost app growth.
  • Marketing Optimisation Allocate and optimise campaign spend to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor performance, identify insights, and partner with our agency teams to drive smart, real-time optimisations.
  • App Store Optimisation (ASO) Lead end-to-end ASO strategy, including keyword research, metadata optimisation, screenshot development and A/B testing across global app stores. Collaborate with design and content teams to surface promotional opportunities with app store partners.
  • Creative Media Testing Analyse trends, test app store assets, and share findings globally to drive continuous improvement.
  • Agency Management Lead day-to-day agency relationships, setting clear goals, ensuring delivery against critical metrics, and holding regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborator Alignment Partner with marketing leads to advocate for acquisition needs and share campaign results and recommendations.
  • Local SEO Development Improve search visibility on LEGO.com by implementing SEO tactics, supervising progress, and refining approach.
  • Finance Management Manage POs, support invoicing, and keep our campaign finances running efficiently.
  • Campaign Support Help deliver detailed performance marketing campaigns by coordinating closely with our media agency.



Do you have what it takes?



  • A strong background in app acquisition and a track record of growing digital audiences.
  • Deep expertise across multiple paid performance marketing channels and SEO – you speak the language and know what moves the needle.
  • Proven experience working with marketing tech stacks and connecting business goals to product strategy.
  • A data-driven attitude – you love uncovering insights and using them to guide action.
  • Precision when it comes to budgeting and performance data – you don’t just report the numbers, you understand the story behind them.
  • Excellent communicator, able to make complex topics feel clear and actionable to different audiences.
  • A true collaborator – you thrive in cross-functional environments and can navigate a global, matrixed organisation.
  • A creative eye – you know how to spot phenomenal creative, and what it takes to deliver it!
