Job Description
Are you handy with tools and passionate about making things work?
We're looking for a new colleague to join our tooling maintenance team!
As one of our skilled colleagues is heading into retirement, we are now looking for someone like you—with a knack for mechanics and practical skills—to carry the torch forward.
About Us
We're based in Vejle and operate as a modern production company with 160 employees. We mold plastic components used in conveyor belts and chain systems deployed around the world—from the automotive industry to the food and logistics sectors.
We maintain an informal tone and a short path from idea to action. We believe in freedom with responsibility and place great value on good teamwork and high job satisfaction.
As part of our team, you'll enjoy great employee benefits: flexible working hours, a canteen, massage service, health insurance, and an active staff association that arranges social events and promotes a sense of community.
About The Job
You’ll become a key part of our Tooling department, which consists of 14 dedicated colleagues. Here, we produce and maintain the tools used in our 80 molding machines. Your daily tasks will primarily include troubleshooting, repairing, and preparing molds to ensure production runs smoothly.
We follow lean principles and have a clear set of priorities: Safety first, followed by quality, delivery, cost, and finally productivity. We never compromise on safety—yours or anyone else’s. Everyone should be able to leave work each day feeling happy and safe.
We’re passionate about improvements—big and small—and we hope you’ll contribute your ideas to help make our daily operations even smarter.
About You
We imagine that you:
Have strong mechanical understanding and practical skills
Perhaps can weld, turn, and mill—or are eager to learn
Are familiar with hydraulics and molds (not a requirement but an advantage)
Thrive with both routine tasks and taking responsibility when new challenges arise
Value safety, quality, and good teamwork highly
Practical Info
Due to summer holidays, we expect to begin interviews in week 32.
If you have questions about the position, feel free to call department manager Jens Hjort at +45 5155 0734.
Please send your application and CV to [email protected]
