SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant

Due to a number of recent SAP SucccessFactors EC Payroll Go Lives and successes in the UK business, Gavdi Group are currently looking for UK payroll consultant to support our UK and global delivery operations.

Candidates should have strong payroll functional skills and knowledge, being able to contribute to business process discussions. Qualified candidates should ideally have completed at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP HCM Payroll (not necessarily EC Payroll) and have at least two year’s process experience in UK payroll and at least one of the following SAP Human Resources sub-modules (PA, PD, OM), ideally with SuccessFactors Employee Central (but not essential).

Skills And Experience

• Good knowledge of HR/Payroll best practice.
• Creative problem resolution and clear business analytical skill
• Knowledge of Payroll integration with other SAP modules such as Time Management, FICO, perhaps Payroll Control Centre.
• Practical experience of configuring Pension Auto Enrolment and Real Time Information.
• Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.
  
  

Other Useful, But Non-essential Experience

• Experience with HR Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Travel and Expense Management; Compensation Management
• Ability to write functional specifications, experience interfacing with external systems, such as clocking systems.
• Ability to clearly, concisely and thoroughly communicate and document business processes with Payroll operations.
• Payroll Support experience.
• Experience in applying or testing HRSPs / Legal Changes.
