SAP Time & Payroll, Associate Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our UK-based Time & Payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about time management and payroll systems who is looking to build a career in SAP consulting.

You do not need to be an expert from day one—comprehensive training, certifications, and hands-on mentoring will be provided. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your curiosity about time and payroll solutions, and any prior experience in HR or payroll will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• A genuine interest in time and payroll systems, with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Previous experience in payroll, HR, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Danish and English.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with HR Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Travel and Expense Management; Compensation Management
• Ability to write functional specifications, experience interfacing with external systems, such as clocking systems.
• Ability to clearly, concisely and thoroughly communicate and document business processes with Payroll operations.
• Payroll Support experience.
• Experience in applying or testing HRSPs / Legal Changes.
