Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) – a company working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Reporting Specialist to our Fund & Investor Reporting team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The team
As our new Reporting Specialist, you will be in Fund and Investor Reporting team which consists of 8 motivated professionals, and you will report to the Head of Fund & Investor Reporting. The team is responsible for fund reporting, investor reporting, investor request management, as well as analysis requested from the investors, and your role is centered around the reporting and communication to investors of these tasks.
The role
You will be responsible of the reporting part of the financial end-to-end process e.g., preparation of quarterly investor reporting including overall controlling and analysis of the performance. Furthermore, your role will require you to bring reporting and IFRS / GAAP knowledge to projects across finance and the business.

Key responsibilities will consist of:
You have a few years (1-3) of full-time experience from a similar position, either from Big4, or from a medium/large sized commercial-driven company. From your experience you have gained experience with fundamental accounting principles, entire financial statements, and IFRS / GAAP standards.
Moreover, you hold a relevant master’s degree within Finance, Economics or Business Administration, or is on your way to complete it.

Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Supporting all processes for quarterly and year-end financial management, and investor reporting and audit, adding GAAP / IFRS accounting insight to the investor reporting
- Assisting in the developing of presentation materials for investors and fund management
- Streamlining of financial processes within reporting, as well as assisting in the automation of existing processes and the creation of new processes
- Assisting in enhancing and implementing the financial reporting framework for new funds and assessing new requirements from investors and regulators
- Assisting in reporting related workstreams in projects across the finance function and the organization.

- Advanced written and verbal English skills, and a solid communicator.
