Tender Consultant

We are seeking a Tender Consultant with expertise in the justice sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing project foundations including preliminary analyses, market surveys, and executing tenders. The ideal candidate possesses experience and understanding of both technological and business solutions, as well as the ability to analyze and write clearly and precisely.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses and market surveys of alternatives to the current technology stack.
• Prepare and execute IT tenders.
• Experience with data and data visualization.
• Broad knowledge of technology areas.
• Collect data and evaluate current suppliers' solutions.
• Develop project foundations and tender documents.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Relevant IT education.
• Experience with market surveys and tenders.
• In-depth knowledge of data platforms and visualization.
• Experience with agile system development.
• Understanding of security requirements for public authorities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management, Prince2 certification is an advantage.
