Join the dynamic Group Sustainability, Stakeholder Relations, Communications, and Marketing department at Danske Bank, where you'll support the key roles of the Head of Group Marketing & Commercial Communications. In this capacity, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for various inquiries, working closely with all organizational levels to foster effective collaboration and streamline operations.

The Team

As the Management Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a vibrant team combined of dedicated professionals across the key areas:

  • Marketing & Commercil Communications: Collaborate with 85 marketers across the Nordics, who are experts in delivering the bank's propositions to targeted audiences through meticulously planned and executed campaigns, together with specialists who are committed to crafting compelling narratives and fostering meaningful dialogues with a diverse range of stakeholders

The Role

As a Management Coordinator, your role is central to maintaining the seamless operations within our Group Marketing & Commercial Communications department. You will provide critical support that ensures our leaders can perform at their best. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing a wide array of administrative tasks such as complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, processing invoices, and handling expense reports, onboarding of new employees and handling HR related tasks
  • Coordinating and arranging various types of meetings, including executive sessions and management off-sites, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed
  • Preparing materials for meetings and compiling inputs from various stakeholders to facilitate informed discussions and decisions
  • Engaging in stakeholder management, working collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to promote synergy and effective communication

Who Are We Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Management Coordinator who thrives in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Your ability to remain solution-oriented and maintain a positive, proactive attitude will be key to your success in this role. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Organizational Skills: The capacity to organize and prioritize a complex workload, decisively managing tasks according to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • PA experience: Previous experience from a similar role within a large, multifaceted organization, ideally within the financial sector, where you have cultivated essential relationships and developed a deep organizational understanding
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, maintaining composure and focus in time-sensitive situations
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Danish, enabling effective communication across all levels of the organization
