We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AAA Squad. This squad is focused on driving product adoption and delivering meaningful customer value through our web application and API.


This is a mission-critical role centered around the software that powers our intelligent IoT connectivity: helping customers gain control, reduce risk, and manage their device fleets with confidence.


You’ll be joining a squad of five Engineers (across frontend, backend, and machine learning), one Engineering Manager and one Product Designer. Together, we're on a mission to become the leading IoT partner for our ideal customers, powering millions of devices around the world with seamless, intelligent infrastructure.


As the third Product Manager at Onomondo, you’ll play a key role in shaping not just what we build, but also why. You’ll be a part of a tight-knit, high-impact Product team that believes deeply in strategic product thinking, ambitious outcomes, and scaling with purpose. This is a unique opportunity to help evolve our product practice, influence our culture, and advocate for the product mindset across the entire company.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Drive the strategy for our web application: Define and prioritize initiatives that maximize impact while balancing long-term vision and short-term delivery.
  • Lead discovery: Dive deep into customer pain points and operational challenges, identify high-leverage opportunities, and validate them through experimentation.
  • Enable product delivery: Work side-by-side with engineers and designers to build, test, and iterate quickly, always grounded in outcomes over output.
  • Champion collaboration: Act as the glue between Product, Engineering, Design, CS & Commercial, to align priorities and connect the dots across the business.
  • Advocate for product thinking: Help shape our product culture and educate the wider organization on why it matters and how it creates value.



What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (3+ years) in a startup or scale-up environment
  • A track record of helping organizations shift toward more product-led ways of working
  • Experience building and scaling cross-functional product squads
  • Familiarity with technical, complex domains; bonus points for experience in infrastructure, IoT, or developer-focused products
  • Strong commercial acumen; you understand how Product ties into Go-To-Market, Sales, and Customer Success
