Your new team

Our overall Commercial Asset Management team comprises 27 colleagues, located in Australia, Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, and Poland. Our primary responsibility is to provide commercial asset management services for renewable energy assets for external investors and European Energy´s IPP portfolio.


You will work closely with 7 colleagues responsible for the Danish market. Your role will be to manage commercial asset management services for renewable energy assets on behalf of external investors, working closely with the team.

Your new role

As our new Commercial Asset Manager, you will coordinate and handle all commercial aspects regarding operations and asset management for some solar and wind assets. You will assist in the further development of our asset management function and create long-term client relationships.


You will have various interfaces with the other teams in the business, have numerous opportunities to define your role, and grow as a professional.



Areas Of Responsibilities

  • You will have full commercial responsibility for larger solar and wind assets in Denmark
  • You will ensure sustainable and trustful relationships with investors, local partners, utilities, PPA partners, landowners, etc., and close collaboration with internal stakeholders e.g., Finance, PPA team, and Project team
  • You will handle income and expense controlling for projects in operation
  • You will follow up on financial budgets, deviation analysis, and liquidity forecasts.
  • You will handle contract negotiation and follow up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
  • Bring ideas for commercial and financial optimization



Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job

  • You have a master’s degree in finance, Business Administration or Economy
  • You have at least 4 years of experience and relevant work experience, for example as an Asset Manager, Business Controller, Financial Controller, or similar
  • You are skilled in MS Office
  • You have full professional proficiency in Danish and English
