Who Are We

Nrep, part of Urban Partners, is a leading real estate investor and innovator in the Nordics. In Denmark alone, we manage approximately 5,000 residential units, with more than 2,000 additional units in the pipeline over the coming years. As a result, a key part of your role will be supporting the onboarding of new properties. Nrep currently manages assets worth more than EUR 100 billion.

With a powerhouse of brilliant people, we improve the design, construction, and management of urban living spaces while pioneering investment models that enable our ambitions.

The team

At Urban Partners, we practice a mindset of always learning because knowledge-sharing and exploration are pivotal to our success. You will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as portfolio management, transactions, debt, finance, letting, and facility management towards above-market asset performance and ESG goals.

We are a place where people work together as a team, valuing each other’s differences and the importance of every team member. Professional and personal development is something we prioritize highly, and you will grow by receiving and giving feedback while sparring with your colleagues. You will be part of a caring and ambitious team, raising the bar for the real estate industry.

  • Supporting day-to-day asset management and administrative tasks, such as updating templates and reporting materials
  • Assisting with onboarding of new residential assets and preparing documentation related to acquisitions or refinancing processes
  • Contributing to ESG-related tasks, including sustainability reporting and initiatives across the portfolio
  • Coordinating ad hoc projects and helping ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams and external service providers

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated and structured student, ideally with 1 - 2 years of university studies behind you within a relevant field.

To Succeed In This Role, You Are

  • Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your own tasks
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn through hands-on experience
  • A team player who values collaboration and constructive feedback
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)

Prior experience within real estate is a plus, but not required. We also appreciate any previous job experience that demonstrates commitment and a willingness to grow.
