You'll play a key role in defining and implementing the Project Procurement Strategy to ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Legal, Sub-System Managers, and Procurement teams), orchestrate supplier contract creation and execution activities, and you will be leading a team of 3 PPM's.

Your future role

You'll play a key role in defining and implementing the Project Procurement Strategy to ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Legal, Sub-System Managers, and Procurement teams), orchestrate supplier contract creation and execution activities, and you will be leading a team of 3 PPM's.
We’ll look to you for:
- Securing QCD Procurement Commitment as built at the tender phase and ensuring it is well understood by the SSMs & Procurement Teams ,
- Defining the Project Procurement Strategy with the Procurement Platform Director (PPLD) and translating it into a Project Procurement Management Plan approved by Procurement stakeholders ,
- Collaborating with the Legal Department to build and publish specific legal requirements for the project, ensuring proper use and application by stakeholders,
- Coordinating, consolidating, and securing Procurement activities, performance, and efficiency across the entire project. ,
- Organizing Procurement launch meetings involving PM, SSMs, and Procurement teams,
- Orchestrating Contract creation and Contract execution activities, ensuring compliance with QCD requirements ,
- Ensuring Business Award decision compliance with the Project Procurement strategy and QCD requirements ,
- Building and maintaining the Material Work Package, including costs, risks, and ambition, and ensuring alignment with overall Project objectives ,
- Monitoring the progress, stakes, and difficulties of the Project’s suppliers and defining corrective measures in collaboration with Procurement and SSMs. ,
- Governing cross-functional compliance between Alstom and suppliers, identifying challenges/risks early, and implementing corrective actions to avoid claim situations.

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,
- Experience or understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and project management in a complex environment ,
- Knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) principles and strategies ,
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and legal frameworks, including claim management ,
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ,
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration ,
- Proficiency in procurement tools and reporting systems ,
- Resilience to navigate challenges and adapt to dynamic project requirements,
- A mindset focused on continuous learning and process improvement.
