The role
As our new Customer Implementation Specialist, you will support our customers in the technical stages of their on-boarding process, making sure that all moving parts are in place, and the overall process works as it should. You will also be the liaison between our technical department and our customer facing department made up of sales and customer success.

The role
As our new Customer Implementation Specialist, you will support our customers in the technical stages of their on-boarding process, making sure that all moving parts are in place, and the overall process works as it should. You will also be the liaison between our technical department and our customer facing department made up of sales and customer success.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Focus on and understanding of Straight-Through-Processing flows and applications that align with Inpay’s customer journey
- Configure new live B2B client accounts in backend of Inpay’s proprietary software solution
- Configure fees and functionalities for new clients, in collaboration with Key Account Managers and Customer Success Team
- Take active role in relevant in-house projects and initiatives that further improves our operations
- Commercial mindset for client interaction when processing API setups and internal integration – balanced with timely and professional customer support
- Understanding of merchant requirements vs. technical availabilities vs. sales necessities
- Good people skills. You’ll be working with bankers, programmers, sales, finance, compliance etc
- Perseverance and a good deal of patience
- Solid English skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with MS Dynamics365 configurations and in-depth knowledge of CRM, HubSpot, Zendesk stages and flows is an advantage
- Experience with RESTful web services, API-based solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of the payments industry is preferable
