Core Responsibilities

  • Support the production of licensed games developed by external studios from concept through launch.
  • Help manage schedules, build reviews, milestones, and cross-functional communication.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams, development partners, IP holders and other collaborators.
  • Ensure that content is on brand, fun, and suitable for younger players.
  • Provide feedback on gameplay, visuals, and features - always with the LEGO audience in mind.
  • Input on market alignment and relevant industry trends
  • Be a phenomenal teammate - picking up tasks that help progress the game
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market planning.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong organisational and communication skills - you’re great at keeping teams aligned and informed.
  • Experience working with or supporting external development partners.
  • A clear understanding of what makes games fun and appropriate for children.
  • Passion for licensed IP and comfort working with brand or licensor feedback loops.

Good to have

  • Experience with free-to play (F2P) mobile games, including live ops or soft launch phases.
  • Experience shipping console or PC titles, especially in AA/AAA environments.
  • Familiarity with production tools like Jira, Trello and Confluence
  • Knowledge of compliance/regulations for kids (COPPA, GDPR-K, ESRB, PEGI).
  • Exposure to toy, animation, or family entertainment brands.
