Your Role at PriceShape

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be a key part of our Outreach Team, where your mission will be to identify and engage international prospects in English-speaking markets. You’ll play a vital role in building strong relationships and booking qualified meetings for our Sales Team through proactive outreach.

This role is suited for a candidate with a proven background in outbound B2B sales, who thrives on creating opportunities and consistently delivers results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively reach out to international leads, primarily through outbound phone calls
  • Engage with high-quality prospects and identify business opportunities by understanding their pain points and goals
  • Book highly qualified meetings for the Sales team and ensure a smooth handover
  • Participate in sales meetings and align on strategy with the broader team
  • Build long-lasting relationships through structured, value-driven communication
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in outreach strategies and sales workflows

  • You have a documented track record of success in outbound B2B sales, preferably within SaaS
  • You’re self-driven, structured, and take full ownership of your pipeline and performance
  • You’re resilient, competitive, and energized by reaching and exceeding targets
  • You’re confident in phone-based communication and excel at engaging with decision-makers
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • You are fluent in English – both spoken and written
  • You’re open to coaching, eager to grow, and motivated to become a top performer
