You’ll join a seasoned group of artists all working closely together to make this game feel as good as it looks. This is a highly collaborative, feedback-friendly space where ideas bounce fast and bold, and where UI design really drives the player experience.
You’ll have the rare chance to shape UI at scale, right before it hits the hands of millions. If you’re the kind of artist who loves iterating, thrives on polish, and gets a kick out of elevating your team as much as your pixels - you’ll fit right in.

We are open to both intermediate and senior applicants.
Responsibilities
In your first month, you’ll dive into our tools, pipelines, and the people behind them. You’ll get to know the direction of the game, the feel of the team, and slowly start contributing to UI feedback and discussions.
Within 3 months, you’re now owning key UI assignments across multiple features. You collaborate closely with UX and game design, and your work is directly shaping and refining the player journey.
By 12 months, you’ve become a core part of the team’s creative engine - raising the bar for UI quality, pushing for polish, and helping define what great looks like at SYBO. Maybe even beyond your own game team.

- Create UI visuals that follow and enhance an established art direction, in close collaboration with the Art Director and wider team
- Design polished, lively UI that’s intuitive, stylish, and fun to use
- Partner with UX, game design, and engineering to build smooth, player-centric flows
- Develop and present UI concepts and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate your vision
- Maintain visual consistency across screens, systems, and devices
- Contribute to UX planning - including wireframes, flow logic, and player feedback loops
- Optimize UI assets for performance and platform compatibility

Requirements
- Strong 2D art and UI design skills, with a sharp eye for style, layout, and visual clarity
- Ability to follow - and build on - an established art direction
- Solid grasp of how UI fits into UX and overall game feel
- Skilled at creating mockups and visual concepts that clearly communicate intent
- Comfortable in fast-moving, collaborative environments with open feedback
- Familiarity with Unity or similar engines - or eager to learn how to bring UI to life in-game
- Experience implementing UI directly in Unity
- Skills in UI animation and feedback systems (Adobe XD, After Effects, Spine, or similar)
