Are you a strategic thinker with passion for optimizing processes and make insights actionable? Do you excel at analyzing data to inform decisions? Can you challenge the status quo and lead change through strong stakeholder management?
As a PMO manager, you will define, build and maintain PMO tools and processes as well as train and support colleagues. You will lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with the management team and stakeholders across the organisation. By doing so, you will play a central role in strengthening our project, program and portfolio management within R&D.
Join Innovation Project Management within R&D
Joining our Innovation Project Management (IPM) team in Humlebæk, you will collaborate closely with our Project and Program managers as well as the IPM leadership team that consists of three Portfolio Directors. You will work side by side with our other PMO manager and you will report directly to Morten, our VP of Innovation Project Management.

Someone who can help us develop processes, tools and data for better execution and decision making in projects, programs and portfolios. You need to be able to work across functions and drive changes with a good understanding of stakeholder’s needs and ways of working” explains Morten Ølgaard, VP of Innovation Project Management.

Working with senior stakeholders across the whole of R&D and supporting functions to the project portfolio, you will help build business analysis models and develop processes to make our insights actionable. In the process, you will be exposed to all product development disciplines and help inform critical decisions on e.g. project intake and portfolio reviews with steering groups by informing portfolio planning, driving the resource allocation and financial forecasting processes.
Your key responsibilities include
First and foremost, you have excellent analytical skills. When you present an argument, people know they can trust your data and insights, making you a valued contributor and colleague.
You have proven experience with and understand the project and program management disciplines and have been working to either setup or improve such processes throughout your career. You can communicate your insight to different stakeholders – and you understand that to bring life to data, we need to reach the right people and present the data in an actionable way.

- Building, maintaining and facilitating project, program and portfolio management processes and tools
- Spearheading training and sharing best practices across the IPM team, towards stakeholders and with other users of our systems
- Supporting portfolio directors, project and program managers with data analysis and insights
- Driving resource management, intake, and portfolio review processes
- Driving and supporting our project finance review process in collaboration with Corporate Finance and the IPM team
- Lead, manage and deploy improvement initiatives in collaboration with management team

You also have
- Experience working with project management processes from a project management office.
- A good understanding of leading change management
- Experience with DAX coding to get the best out of Power BI and push the tool beyond simple reports and dashboards
- Experience with PowerApps, i.e. a strong understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods
- Interest and basic understanding of AI prompting
- Strong Excell skills
