Senior BI Developer – communicate data insights to improve business processes

Join our Data team in our Digital, Data and IT
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join our Data department of more than 25 BI colleagues and nearshore consultants. As a global Data function, we leverage numerous source systems, working with a broad range of data from ERP and CRM systems to sensor and app data.
Together, we are responsible for creating business process insights in close collaboration with the entire Coloplast business. To enhance our existing Azure cloud BI infrastructure, we are currently establishing an advanced analytics platform using Microsoft Data Lakehouse and Databricks.

Get a glimpse into all aspects of BI
You will be working on a wide range of projects as an important partner to the business. One such project could be establishing the data foundation for reporting on the coming projects within the Global Supply Chain organization.
You will be responsible for the roadmap and delivery track and oversee 2-3 near shore developers and their BI projects, while delivering your own BI projects.
Moreover, you will be working with most aspects of business intelligence and data delivery – from analysis and requirements gathering to working with ETL, data warehousing, testing and finally handing over the solution to our Operations team.

- Create and maintain the roadmaps for Global Supply Chain together with the business
- Liaise with the business through workshops to clarify their needs – and challenge them along the way to find the most feasible solutions
- Analyze, specify and develop new solutions for Global Supply Chain
- Participate developing value-adding BI solutions using SQL, DAX, SSAS/Tabular or Data Bricks.

- Have some years of experience from a similar role
- Can plan projects and maintain a structured approach throughout the entire development process
- Find motivation in stakeholder management and communication
- Are familiar with data modelling
- Have experience developing BI solutions using Microsoft SQL DB and SSAS
