We now have an opportunity as a Global Solution Architect supporting top-tier Life Sciences clients like Novo Nordisk. You'll play a strategic, client-facing role, guiding digital transformation across the Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, and Life Sciences sectors. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies—IoT, Advanced Analytics, and Extended Reality—to design impactful automation architectures across our full portfolio (Building, Power, Industry). Your mission: shape innovative solutions, not execute projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, understands customer needs deeply, and is passionate about driving digital transformation in the Life Sciences sector.

As a Global Solution Architect for Life Sciences, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping intelligent, integrated automation solutions that drive real business impact. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Industrial Automation roadmap for a global Life Sciences client, focusing on EAE, Motion, Robotics, and AVEVA.
  • Design innovative, high-value solutions that address customer challenges and deliver competitive differentiation.
  • Develop and promote reference architectures that guide scalable, future-ready implementations.
  • Influence product strategy by feeding segment-specific needs into the Industrial Automation offer roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Key Account teams to drive growth and adoption of automation technologies.
  • Enable global teams by sharing proven solutions, writing specs, success stories, and reusable content.
  • Engage with partners and integrators to ensure seamless execution and end-user success.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and technical expert who can bridge business needs with cutting-edge automation solutions. Ideal candidates will have:

 

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Industrial Automation, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in automation or software consulting with a strong track record as a Solution Architect, Consultant, or Technical Lead—ideally in global Life Sciences or Pharma—with deep expertise in Industrial Automation.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, software development, cloud architectures, and automation technologies (EAE, Motion, Robotics, AVEVA).
  • Skilled at translating complex business needs into effective, scalable solutions.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Danish is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with partners, integrators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in pharma or consulting environments and familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of IT/OT platforms and integration best practices is preferred.
