About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Product Analytics Manager, focused on Contract Insights. This role is pivotal in providing advanced analytics and data-driven insights that support product innovation, enhance business decision-making, and optimize revenue outcomes across the organization.

This is an individual contributor role within a professional stream, emphasizing deep technical and analytical expertise. However, coaching and process ownership may be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for Freight Index Data and the Customer Pipeline Recommendation Model
• Deliver business intelligence (BI) insights through statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to uncover trends and support decision-making.
• Apply data mining techniques and leverage models, protocols, and architectures to extract value from large, complex data sets.
• Provide end-to-end support to (Senior) Product Managers in TBM Solutions by offering robust data foundations and front-end analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with other Contract Product teams to deliver data-driven products that offer actionable insights and meaningful business value.
• Lead initiatives to improve ways of working through improved data management across global teams, contributing to operational excellence and cross-market alignment.

• Supporting a wide variety of Stakeholders with timely, relevant data and analytical insights.
• Driving improvements in operational efficiencies through analytics and automation.
• Generating user-focused, front-end solutions for stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Ensuring BI solutions are visible, actionable, and aligned with broader commercial strategies.
