We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager in Change Management to assist in the successful implementation and management of cultural change across BA Wind for Quality, Health and Safety.

The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee engagement and adoption.

The Senior Project Manager will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that objectives are achieved.

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager leads the development and execution of the Culture of Care program strategy to manage cultural change across BA Wind. This role is responsible for ensuring people, processes, and culture align with business goals through structured change methodologies. The successful candidate will partner with leadership, HR, project teams, and frontline managers to ensure smooth adoption, minimal disruption, and lasting behavioral and cultural change.

Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and own the BA Wind Culture of Care program.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on change, culture, and adoption, advising senior leaders and project sponsors.

Program Execution

  • Integrate change management into major projects and transformations (e.g., system rollouts, culture shifts).
  • Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, and training strategies.
  • Monitor adoption and resistance, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, and project leads.
  • Collaboration with business unit (Offshore, Onshore, Solar & Battery) partners.
  • Coach senior leaders and people managers on change leadership behaviors.

Culture and Capability Building

  • Promote a culture that embraces agility, learning, and psychological safety.
  • Build change capability at all levels through training, tools, and ongoing support.
  • Establish and maintain a change network or ambassador group.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs for change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Report change health to sponsors with recommendations for course corrections.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.

In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale change programs across functions or geographies.
  • Experience in structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, Lewin).

Preferred Certifications

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Agile or Lean certifications (a plus)
