We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Java Developer to join our Mobile Program team in Aarhus. You’ll be working on backend software that powers critical communication between mobile devices, sensors, and drones—enabling a real-time, shared situational picture for field commanders.

Joining the team
The Mobile program delivers software used in vehicles and by dismounted commanders during military conflicts and disaster relief operations. It includes APIs for integration with sensors and drones and supports resilient communication infrastructures to provide front-line commanders with a shared situational picture. Above all, ease of use is a top priority.

You’ll join a team of 8 highly experienced Java developers based in Aarhus.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development (Master’s preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in backend software development
• Strong expertise in Java and high-level backend architecture
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
  
  
  

It’s a plus if you also bring experience with:

• Distributed systems or radio network technologies
• Android development
• Network programming (TCP/UDP sockets)
• SQLite or other embedded databases
