About The Role
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing digital brand plans and executing marketing campaigns across Denmark and the broader Nordic region. You will collaborate closely with the Nordic Digital Product Manager, Consumer Brand Manager, and HCP Brand Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
You will also support EMEA and global initiatives, manage website content, and work with agencies to deliver impactful digital campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Implement digital, social media, and CRM marketing plans to support brand growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital brand strategies across the Nordics.
- Manage website updates and ensure content is optimized for user experience and performance.
- Coordinate with external agencies to develop and execute digital campaigns.
- Support the rollout of EMEA and global digital projects in the Nordic region.
- University degree, preferably in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Hands-on experience with digital and CRM marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in executing digital campaigns is preferred.
