You manage the team that sets the direction for change
The aim of your new team – Finance Business Architecture – is to create internal alignment and coherence on our common ventures to standardise, digitalise and optimise our ways of working. This includes our Business Change Management, Master Data Management and Group Process Owner Offices.
The team consists of 3-4 geographically spread colleagues specialising in M&A integration, business processes and business-centered IT based on our global SAP S/4 Hana platform.

You bridge finance processes and IT systems to support finance excellence for the business
Your main responsibility is to address our legacy to analyse the potential for standardization and scalability while speeding up the digitalization of our finance systems and processes.
This means that you will transform business requirements from our Finance organisation or operational divisions into optimised processes and IT requests for development on our internal SAP S/4HANA, transportation, and warehouse management systems.

Some of your main tasks will be to:
- delineate the key processes, systems and data composing the core of Finance’s operation to increase digitalisation
- analyse how to reduce the amount of different business processes and associated systems even as we continue to expand through M&A
- develop full integration plans in M&A scenarios by reviewing the as-is system landscape of the M&A target and designing the to-be system landscape post integration
- collaborate with Group Business Finance, Global Finance & GBS, Group Corporate Finance, Indirect Tax and Legal regarding work processes and how our systems are used – and with Finance IT about requests for system changes
- manage your team long-distance to ensure the function becomes the roadmap to turn business requirements into efficient and effective solutions as well as engaging in setting the direction together with the Finance Transformation Leadership team
- convincingly advocate for changes and optimization to the business architecture at an executive level.

- a background in Finance and extensive leadership experience
- a robust and resilient profile that drives execution
- experience with complex change management with executive stakeholders involved
- experience from a global and hybrid setup, preferably within logistics and transportation
