Work Arrangement: Remote, with the possibility of onsite days in Billund, Copenhagen, and Gothenburg
Purpose
As a Technical Product supporter, you will primarily support the Danish outdoor dealers but also work across Scandinavia, providing technical support, and quality monitoring for garden/park machinery and robotic lawn mowers.

Purpose
As a Technical Product supporter, you will primarily support the Danish outdoor dealers but also work across Scandinavia, providing technical support, and quality monitoring for garden/park machinery and robotic lawn mowers.
Responsibilities
- Handle aftermarket enquiries from primarily dealers but also end users (via Phone, e-mail and ticket system).
- Support the Nordic service network with technical support, manage claims, and provide technical data.
- Monitor and administer warranty repairs to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collect, analyze, and report product quality and liability issues to management and the European quality team.
- Assist in local campaigns for spare parts and accessories for outdoor products.
- Support communication between sales and service teams regarding claims and technical matters.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Nordic service strategy.
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of mechanical background (education or experience in mechanics, machinery, or related fields).
- Strong technical insight into garden/park machinery and robotic lawn mowers (petrol and battery-powered).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, warranty claim handling, and spare parts support.
- Fluent communication skills in Danish and English (spoken and written); additional Scandinavian languages are a plus.
- Professional and presentable demeanor.
- Outgoing, approachable, and a strong team player.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both customers and colleagues.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Analytical mindset for monitoring warranty budgets and quality targets.
- A dynamic and supportive Scandinavian team.
- Mainly work-from-home setup with the possibility of onsite days in Gothenburg, Copenhagen, and Billund.
