Student Assistant - B2B Marketing

We are currently looking for a curious and motivated student assistant to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to take ownership of tasks, learn by doing, and grow alongside experienced professionals. You'll be based in Ballerup, working closely with colleagues across multiple time zones while contributing to a variety of projects, from digital marketing initiatives to supporting sales processes and improving customer communication.

Gain Hands-On Experience

In this role, you’ll support our global Sales & Marketing team on a variety of projects that combine creativity with structure. You’ll gain hands-on experience using marketing platforms and campaign tools, contributing to both strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and supporting webinars from setup to follow-up.
• Assisting with communication and promotional activities.
• Maintaining and updating our website.
• Cleaning and organizing CRM data to improve campaign performance and reporting.
• Supporting email marketing campaigns and helping refine automation flows.
• Contributing to better email deliverability through structured testing and tagging.
• Exploring and learning tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Figma and Canva.
• Taking part in content optimization, including SEO basics and CMS updates (if interested).

You’re currently studying Marketing, Business, Communication, Information Studies, Digital Media, or a related field, and you’re eager to gain real-world experience that connects with your interests.
